Garage Door Company in Southern California

I purchase 2 new garage doors from On Trac Garage Door Company and they were great. Kept me informed throughout the process, scheduled the installation as soon as the doors arrived and the installation was done quickly. The technician Fabian Garcia arrived on time and finished 2 hours earlier than his initial estimate timeframe. He cleaned up the area and more importantly the doors look great! They even assisted me with the color name and brand so the painter can match the paint pallets as I recently painted my house.

Arrived on time. Efficient technician. No pushing extra services.

Very professional, polite and friendly

Anthony did a fantastic job with the install and returned to complete the job with the trim which arrived later. He helped me set up the remotes and explained operations of the opener.

The company was very responsive and communicative. The installation was smooth and we are very happy with our new garage door!

Amazing customer service. The Technician Jose was knowledgeable, helpful, on time, clean. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent work. Completed quickly. Trevor Norton was very informative and helpful.

Great service from Jose. Didn’t take long. One garage door given a tuneup, and the second (reduced charge) cleaned the contacts and adjusted the stops. Now it’s way way quieter.

Josh replaced my springs fast and efficiently. Wonderful service

Wow!!!!!! Josh was an excellent customer service agent sent by your company. I would love you to recognize his excellent service provided to us and in a timely manner. Thank you!

Very nice person who did my repair.

Jose Hernandez is the garage master!!!! So knowledgeable, skilled and helpful! Thank you On Trac for employing qualified garage techs!

Cisco was on time and even early, said it would take 45 min. He was done and everything was lubed up and working 100% I would recommend OnTrac and Cisco. This was warranty work and they fixed it same day. After 10 years of daily use, my spring snapped. I was treated as a new client.

Trevor did a wonderful job fixing my garage door opener and servicing my garage door.

Josh was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and did the job fast.

From presentation/purchase with Scott to the full install with Darren, a professional job all around! Thank you to your whole team for a job well done and priced right.

Fabian Garcia did an excellent job installing my doors and openers. He was professional, polite, very neat and accurate, explained basic operation. I would rate him highly and recommend to my friends and family 10 out of 10.

Quick and easy for him and on time think you

If you need any repair on your Garage Door, do not hesitate to contact these folks. Jose did a masterful job on our door.

Very pleasant, professional, and detailed oriented. He explained the issues and why they may have occurred. He also noticed that there was an adjustment needed to the door rails. He also showed me how to program my remote! Thank you for sending out Jose, an awesome technician.

The technician, Trevor, was courteous and very professional. He completed the service/maintenance on the garage door in about half an hour.

Thanks James for understanding my concerns on my first visit to repair my weather stripping. James sent Trevor out in a timely manner. Trevor did a great job. He is an asset to your company.

Fast fix with the remote

Service was great! Great communication. Timely service. Beautiful work done. Cisco Lopez takes pride in his work and did an excellent job, please reward him financially with an increased salary.

On Trac has been provided exceptional customer service to our household for over 15 years.

Prompt, courteous and professional service and people. Jose quickly identified the cause, provided estimate up front and held up to the original figure. The repair and tune up work was quick and exceptional. I am very happy with the result. Thank you, Jose H.!

Late arriving for my appointment but Josh did a outstanding job.

Great service and great response time.

Trevor was well informed and provided valuable information as well a reasonable estimate for a wall mount opener for our third car garage door. We are very happy with the results of Trevor's work and would recommend him to any future customers. Thank you, Jim and Debbie McGarry

I was pleasantly surprised when I looked how he ran the wire it so perfect it just exactly it couldn’t have been any better. I mean he really did a great job so everything is nice. I’m very happy.

Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. Spent extra time to make sure the job was done right and took care of a few rollers with out them being the main problem. Excellent job!

Scott was very knowledgeable and was very pleasant to talk too and Fabian who installed my doors was also pleasant to talk to and that goes a long way when I hire someone

Today, the founder's son came out and he has checked everything and found the root cause of the issue which was not found by the previous technicians. I appreciated how he cares about his company's reputation. And I asked him to pass my disappointment to the person who sold me this product and ignored my complaints. I am giving the 5 stars to Kyle who cares about the reputation his father has built for decades.

The garage door service is good. The contractor was nice, answered my questions, and kept the workspace clean. The only cons is difficult to get an appointment. I waited for a week to get their service.

Good work

Fabian, the installer, was extremely professional and polite.

Kyle came on time which is very important to me because I had a medical appointment after the repair of the foor. His truck had the supplies he needed to make the repair , which he did. In addition he lubricated all the contact points and change and rebalanced the door opener. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you very much Kyle, job well done.

Arrived on time. Friendly and professional. Did a beautiful job with the installation. Explained the operation and maintenance of the door and informed me of the warranty information.

Jose Hernandez diagnosed and repaired our garage door issues quickly, expertly and efficiently. Thank you.

Completely professional! Great experience!

Josh was fantastic and did a thorough and professional job.

A friend recommended On Trac to me and then I saw the numerous excellent 5 star reviews on Google that I decided to try even though I saw on Yelp their average rating was 3 stars. Here’s my experience which in my opinion is wonderful service: 1. I called and immediately got a brief recording with a short wait before I spoke to a live person: James was courteous and listened to my garage issue (small garage door came off the track). 2. James provided detailed information about how the company provides service. He said starting price is $199. I had already called a different company who told me their start price is $245 and could not come today. 3. I called around 10 am James was able to schedule me for a service visit between 12-4 pm same day. 4. After collecting my info, he informed me that Jose Hernandez will be the person coming and Jose was 30 years in the business. 5. Excellent communication and notifications. James said I would receive an email and also a text of the scheduled time frame. He also said I would receive a text when Jose was 25-30 minutes away which I did. 6. Jose arrived within the expected timeframe. He was courteous, friendly and easy to talk to. 7. After inspecting my garage issue, he gave me the estimate which was $199. He also offered to inspect/service my double garage door if I wanted it done for $100. I felt no pressure from him to get this extra service done but I agreed to do it bec my double garage doors have not been inspected or lubricated in many years. 8. Jose explained the different options for payment and I appreciated how upfront he was that if I used a credit card there was an extra 3% fee. 9. Jose completed the job in a timely manner, fixed the issue, and cleaned up well and even offered to move my ladder that was in the way of parking my car back in the garage. Top notch business with excellent communication and exceptional service! Definitely will use them again and highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience - thank you!
